Job Introduction

We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Officer to deliver high quality training to our operational areas, ranging from induction training to ongoing coaching and support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven track record of the design and delivery of training in a similar environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Delivering training to new recruits and ongoing training across each operation
• Working with operational management to identify pockets of coaching and how we can effectively design and deliver this
• Challenging current policies, processes and ways of working to ensure customer experience is maximised
• Bringing creativity to our design and delivery to land effective messages and training
• Creating a high performance environment where learning is engaging, effective and in line with the business needs

About you

Technical Skills

• Proven track record of the design and delivery of training in a similar environment
• Sound knowledge of the training lifecycle, different styles and evidence of how to adapt to different needs of individuals
• Sound knowledge around all Customer operations and the policies and procedures that need to be adhered to in a professional services environment.
• Great communication skills – both verbal & written
• Previous experience of regulated stakeholder relationships- LEO, FOS, FCA and SRA
• Creative and innovative thinker, with ability to influence at all levels
• Expert knowledge of the legal/motor/credit hire arena (desired)

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have ability to remain calm under pressure and not lose sight of the goals
