Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for Administrators to work as Legal Assistants in our Liverpool office.
These positions would suit those with office based Administration or Customer Services experience, interested in working for a leading Law firm.
Responsibilities to include;
- Liaising with clients over the telephone and via email
- Discussing payments and taking payment of legal fees
- Updating the in-house database/case management system
- Producing and issuing documentation using Microsoft office
- Undertaking other, ad hoc administration duties as required
- Working as part of a team
What we are looking for;
- A genuine interest in working in the legal sector
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office
- A professional approach and excellent communication skills
- Someone who works well in fast pace environment
- Knowledge of legal processes
