Main Responsibilities

Slater and Gordon are currently seeking an IT Trainer for our flagship office in Manchester. In this role you will deliver the full training cycle of all internal case management systems, support tools and software training. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent IT knowledge and experience conducting IT training.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Working with internal teams to design and develop systems training.
• Conducting induction, refresher and ongoing systems, tools and process training to new / existing colleagues
• Developing and maintaining system / tools user manuals
• Liaising with key stake holders to progress the continual development of all systems / tools, process enhancements
• Building and maintaining a systems / tool competency framework to track and report on colleague’s competency levels
• Analysing colleagues development needs and implement training interventions
• Providing and maintaining accurate knowledge and information of case management systems and current issues
• Reporting of the MI on a monthly basis to track progress of projects and learners training and competency levels

• Knowledge and experience of working in IT
• A proactive and professional trainer with business acumen
• Excellent training and engagement skills – ability to engage and communicate at all levels
• Excellent IT skills with intermediate / advanced level knowledge of MS applications
• Experience of effectively applying the full L&D cycle
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proactive and positive approach
• Flexibility – ability to travel and stay away from home when required and provide additional support outside of hours as and when required
