We are currently recruiting for a number of talented, ambitious litigation executives to assist on high-profile, complex, group litigation claims against some of the world’s largest corporations represented by Magic Circle firms. You will be working alongside some of the industry’s top performing experts in their field and working on cases receiving national media attention.

Responsibilities to include:

• Providing the highest level of client care in the management of client matters
• Overseeing financial aspects of matters including time recording, and debtor management in order to achieve your personal fee budget
• Building relationships with internal and external parties
• Ensuring that files are managed effectively, meeting set deadlines, complying with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system
• Participating, with other senior fee earners in marketing activities including networking

About You:

• Knowledge and experience of group actions, high volume disclosure and the litigation process 
• Excellent academics and relevant experience  
• Experience of court proceedings
• The ability to liaise effectively with multiple parties/representatives involved in the action
• Strong written communication skills
• Pro-active, organised, results driven individual comfortable working in a fast paced environment and taking direction from senior fee earners.
• Excellent relationship and client handling skills
• Actively driving and encouraging cross referrals
• Motivation and desire to continuously develop own technical expertise
• A willingness to support others and be a strong team player
• An adaptable approach and the ability to foster a culture of positive change
