Are you currently working for a Legal recruitment agency looking for a move in-house?

Slater Gordon Group, have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious in-house recruitment resourcer to join our specialist recruitment team in Manchester City Centre.

Our internal recruitment team play a vital part in attracting the top talent and bringing them into the business. As the recruitment resourcer you will be responsible for sourcing candidates directly, providing general administration support to the wider recruitment team and completing ad hoc projects when required.

Client service is at the heart of Slater and Gordon’s business: We take pride in the quality of instructions we secure and the unfailing support we provide to our clients. You’ll need talent, ambition, focus and drive. We’ll also need you to have fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities to include:

• Creating and building talent pipelines
• Carrying out daily candidate searches
• Creating reports and excel spreadsheets
• Handling incoming emails and calls

About You:

• Previous experience working within legal recruitment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A willingness to learn
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work on one’s own initiative as well as effectively, as part of a team
